The hotel was well priced and recently renovated, set in a secure area just a short walk from the center and downtown. The room had comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The staff was very efficient and extremely helpful. The location was convenient, close to the Museum Office, and the bar at the venue was fantastic.

The stay here was very peaceful for a vacation. New-fashioned and huge room with decent breakfast was enjoyable. The location of this hotel not far from the must-see museum of glass, all restaurants and pubs, and shopping district was easy.

I had a great and clean place to stay for my mini vacation! The room was large, comfortable, and clean, providing plenty of space for relaxation. The bathroom was big and clean as well, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is terrific, within a short walking distance to the Corning Museum campus and downtown area. It was convenient to explore the city without needing to drive all the time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide range of food options, including fresh waffles and sausages, which was awesome!

Upon checking in the aroma of fresh baked yummies was very delicous smelling and made it feel home-like. The concierge was very friendly, pretty basic routine with no extras. Had to ask the best route to the room was and where the amenities were. The room was clean, comfy and perfect for our little family. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool while looking outside at the snow. The continental breakfast had a bit for anyone!...and the attendent did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well stocked. She even offered crayons and coloring pages for the kids! Great hotel, would definitely come back again!

The cheese and pepperoni as a courtesy "snack" should probably be put on ice. We had no idea how long it was sitting out. Great idea though. Including continental breakfast and pool hours in the welcome binder in the rooms might be helpful.

Spacious rooms, delicious hot breakfast, friendly staff that doesn't rush you. The room has a safe box, lots of TV channels, a microwave, and a cozy bed. Convenient location with onsite parking. 🌟
